Prof B L Sharma has been appointed as the Vice Chancellor of Sarguja University at Ambikapur in Chhattisgarh. Chancellor and State Governor Shekhar Dutt has appointed Prof Sharma as the new Vice Chancellor, the sources said. Sharma is currently functioning as the Vice Chancellor of Rajasthan. Sharma also held the posts of Director of PG Center for Human Rights and International Humanitarian. He holds post graduate degree in Law and has expertise in constitutional law and and administrative law. He has gotten 24 research paper published.
